Vaulted dining room and terrace

The Arôme Restaurant reflects the character of Bonnieux, with its 14th century vaulted dining room which offers style and a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The stone walls create a cosy setting, emphasized by the lighting effects and magnificent fireplace.

When the weather is fine, the terrace offers the opportunity to enjoy a breath of Provencal air in the shade of the large parasols.

Provencal cuisine and fish specialties

In the colours of Provence, Jean-Michel Pagès’ cuisine awakens all the senses. The bright colours join forces with the subtle mixture of tastes to produce a great culinary creation.

The Arôme Restaurant updates its menu twice a year, offering the chance to appreciate the fresh regional produce and discover the Chef’s fish specialties: sea bass, grilled or salt-baked sea bream, and even the famous bouillabaisse.

The wine cellar: wine by the glass and great vintages

The Arôme Restaurant offers a very beautiful wine cellar carved in stone. Dating from the 11th century, this hollowed-out rock at the rear of the restaurant houses many great national and regional vintage wines.

Inquisitive guests will be able to visit it and be advised about what to drink with their meal. Tasting is also possible, with vintages being served by the glass. Let yourself be tempted by one of the regional suggestions of the month available in three colours.
